- What is the difference between the plans?
- Only three things: screens, storage, and seats — plus the Free plan shows a small Vewport mark on the screen and runs for 3 months. Every feature is identical on every plan: unlimited designs, compositions, playlists, video walls and recordings, and all editor tools, widgets, streaming, analytics, scheduling, SSO and the REST API.
- What counts as a screen?
- Each connected display is one screen. Pair it once with a 6-character code; the same screen can show different content on different schedules without using extra slots. On Custom, each screen also brings 5 GB of storage with it.
- How does the Custom plan work?
- Pick the number of screens and any extra seats — the price is screens × €5 + extra seats × €1 per month. Each screen includes 5 GB of storage, so storage scales automatically; it is never sold separately. The first seat is included. Custom is self-serve, so you start in minutes without a sales call.
- What counts toward my storage?
- Storage covers everything you create in the workspace — uploaded media plus your designs, compositions, playlists and recordings. Media you reference in more than one place is counted once, not per use.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes — upgrade, downgrade, or switch to Custom anytime from the dashboard. Annual plans pro-rate the difference; monthly plans take effect on the next billing date.
- Can I self-host?
- Yes — Vewport has an Odoo distribution that runs the entire stack on your infrastructure as a one-time purchase. See the Odoo section for details.
