- What hardware do I need?
- Anything that runs a modern browser. A $35 Raspberry Pi behind a TV works; smart TVs with built-in browsers work; old laptops with HDMI-out work; iPad / Android tablets in kiosk mode work. There is no Vewport-branded box to buy.
- How does pairing a screen work?
- Open the player URL on the screen, type the 6-character code we show in the dashboard, done. No app store install, no per-device license, no MAC-address lock. Re-pair to a new screen in seconds if your hardware changes.
- What happens when the internet drops?
- The player keeps running the cached schedule and assets — your menu does not blank to a "no signal" screen. When the network returns, the player resyncs in the background.
- Where is my data stored?
- EU-hosted by default (the team is in the EU). Self-hosting is a first-class option via the Odoo distribution if your compliance team needs the boxes on your own infrastructure.
- How do I get help?
- Community help on Free; email on every paid plan; priority queue on Professional. Custom plans add an SLA and a named CSM on a bespoke contract on request — scoped during onboarding. We do not gatekeep documentation behind a sales call.
