Terms of service

1. Account

You sign up for Vewport with a real email. You are responsible for what you display on screens you control. You may not use Vewport to display content that violates applicable law (illegal content, hate speech, defamation, unlicensed copyrighted material).

2. Plans & billing

Plans are billed monthly or annually as published on the pricing page. Annual plans get 17% off. Cancel any time; we don’t pro-rate refunds on monthly plans, but annual cancellations get the unused months back to your card.

3. Acceptable use

Don’t reverse-engineer the platform to build a competing product. Don’t resell Vewport as your own SaaS without an explicit reseller agreement. The self-host distribution carries a separate self-host license.

4. Data

You own your content and data. We process it on your behalf as described in the privacy notice. You can export at any time, and deleting your account purges all org-scoped data within 30 days (encrypted backups roll off within 90 days).

5. Service availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime. We don’t commit to a binding SLA on Free, Starter, or Pro plans; Business has a 4-hour support SLA, and Custom can include written uptime commitments. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance.

6. Liability

Vewport is provided as-is during public beta. Our liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim. No consequential damages.

7. Subprocessor changes

We notify account owners by email at least 30 days before adding or replacing a subprocessor used to operate the service. The current list is published in the privacy notice.

8. Changes

Material changes to these terms are emailed to all account owners 30 days before they take effect.
